A new round of game testing will be starting soon. Currently the game is unplayable until the memcache, Smarty PHP and Jquery UI updates have been completed. Players can still register and login to the game; you just wont be able to do very much.
The next round of testing will be focusing on cities and brawls.
The goal will be to have cities automatically generated every week. This will be the weekly “reset” where each city will have new buildings, quests and areas created that will let players battle over key buildings and areas. Every 30 minutes players can choose to defend an area their side currently has control of, take control of an unoccupied area, or attack an area that is under control of the opposing side. Each building will “unlock” features to side that controls them. Players will then earn achievements, brawl points, cash, etc based on their successes in defending/attacking.
Each building or area will over various different bonuses to your side (if you are in a specific city that controls the building). Some examples of buildings will be hospitals (decreased costs in healing), banks (no cost in selling items, depositing money) bunkers (increased bonus to defense), collages / schools (increased gains in training) just to name a few. The goal will be to have at least 25 different and unique buildings available for conquest.
