Players who are banned from game play or have an active punishment against their character do have the option of contacting staff members about the punishment against their player.

Players should contact the staff member who set the punishment on your character.  This is your best option to resolving the issue.  If you cannot resolve the issue with the staff who set the punishment on your player ONLY contact another staff member if you feel the punishment is unjustified, unfair or is directed at your character because of other reasons between you and the staff.

Never contact more than 1 staff member about a punishment.  Spamming staff will get you punished even more and even longer.

With extreme cases you can use our contact page. but we warned that in the event that you have not attempted to resolve the problem in game with staff first you may get additional punishments for involving the game administrator.
